Eric Krieg’s career at Aerojet Rocketdyne began in 1987 with a focus on the development of new large liquid rocket engines, combined with cross functional and software expertise applied to enterprise configuration management systems. Eric is a subject matter expert in turbomachinery. He designed the robust RS68 Turbopumps for the Delta IV rocket, championing advances in modeling and manufacturing technologies resulting in recognition as an Engineer of the Year. His product technical leadership roles included Deputy Chief Engineer on the J-2X and AR1 rocket engine development programs, and Turbomachinery Manager for AR1. His process/tool focus includes leadership roles as Chief Architect and Fellow for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. As the Chief Architect, he drove the companywide deployments of Windchill including data migrations from legacy systems. 

Eric earned a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan, a MS in Applied Mechanics from California State University and a MBA from California Lutheran University. Eric enjoys distance running, hiking, snow skiing, and off-road and street motorcycling.
